Our comprehensive Manager training program is 10-12 weeks. During that time, you will learn how to execute our artisan hand-crafted product, you will be immersed in Lou's hospitality, and you will learn the fine art of leading an exceptional Team. This training allows you to not only see how we fulfill every step of our process, but also get a feel for who we are as a company and what we value in our team members.
